Blood Watch Forum
Hosted at Sydney’s impressive Powerhouse Museum, the 2013 Blood Watch Forum is a transfusion medicine program, aiming to improve the safety and quality of fresh blood product transfusion in all NSW Public Hospitals. This specialised 1 day conference involved 10 expert speakers and over 250 delegates travelling state-wide from nursing, surgical and professional medical industries.
As many interstate and rural speakers and delegates were expected, Scope organised the travel and accommodation of all attendants ensuring the forum was ran smoothly and enjoyed by all members.
Scope Productions managed and executed the whole conference, from registration organisation, program layout, name badge design and catering options. Scope promoted the conference as a ‘paperless event’, uploading all the necessary information into innovatively designed USBs.
As desired by the Clinical Excellence Commission, the 5th March Blood Watch Forum was filmed by our team and will be produced to include footage of all speakers and a highlight video.
