Save Our Sons Gala Dinner 2013
Attracting over 700 guests, the Save Our Sons’ annual Gala Dinner marked the official opening of the newly refurbished Royal Randwick. As the biggest event the new venue has ever hosted, Scope tested it’s capabilities by entertaining guests in both the Grandview Lounge as our VIP room and Grand Ballroom for the main event.
All decorations, lighting and production design worked collaboratively to achieve The Great Gatsby theme ideal. Flapper girls weaved between tables selling raffle tickets, while the distinct Gatsby graphics projected on six screens created an ambiance of 1920s elegance. Scope’s events team hand picked the talent and our production team choreographed effective lighting to enhance the visual entertainment and atmosphere of the night.
“In all aspects the production was outstanding. The staging was unique, the lighting and the theming central to the success of the evening. This company is doing good things” said the Gala Dinner’s MC, Alan Jones.
To attract the highest possible bids for the live auction, Scope produced a string of trailers highlighting each ‘experience’ to be sold as well as the official Save Our Sons charity video for the night.
