Scope Productions was engaged by The Meat and Wine Co to launch their new infused steak range with a film worthy of the product itself… starting with Hot Harissa Honey. Scope handled the project from script through to final cut, with the team scripting, lighting, shooting and editing the piece into cinematic food art.
The film treats the dish as the hero from the first frame, built around the harmony of smoky, aromatic harissa and nectar-rich Australian honey, expertly infused into marbled rib eye. Every shot is designed to sell flavour visually, with rich texture, glistening marbling, and light used to draw out the contrast between bold spice and delicate sweetness.
The script leans into sensory language as much as the visuals do, promising a balance of robust umami spice and delicate floral undertones, an orchestrated culinary masterpiece designed to awaken the palate and elevate the steak experience.
Short, indulgent and unmistakably premium, the film captures exactly what a launch video for a new flavour innovation should: appetite appeal, craftsmanship, and a clear sense of occasion, introducing diners to a bold new way to experience The Meat and Wine Co.
