Following the launch of Hot Harissa Honey, Scope Productions returned to The Meat and Wine Co to bring a second flavour to life, this time built around the earthy indulgence of fresh Australian truffle. As with the first film, Scope managed the project end to end: scripting, lighting, shooting and editing.
Where Hot Harissa Honey leaned into contrast and spice, this film takes a different path – slower, moodier, more decadent. Fresh Australian truffle is infused into perfectly aged rib eye, and the visual language follows suit, with darker tones, close, lingering shots, and lighting designed to draw out the richness of the marbling rather than punch up colour and heat.
The script matches that shift in register, favouring rich, sensory language over energy, a symphony of umami depth, tender marbling that melts in the mouth, and a flavour built to be remembered long after the last bite.
If Hot Harissa Honey announced a new range with bold confidence, Truffle Rib Eye earns its place through sheer indulgence, reinforcing The Meat and Wine Co’s premium positioning while giving each infusion its own distinct on-screen identity.
